SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for both South African and international customers who prefer to collect their purchase from our Clock Tower Showroom, located at Level 1, The Clock Tower, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
Ready-made jewellery is typically available for pickup within two business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Should any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection. Please present your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
Pickups are available Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Online orders to the USA and Online orders within South Africa.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
